Install on that store
Install CustomerOS from the Shopify App Store on that store. The merchant approves the app in Shopify, then chooses a plan. Shopify bills the plan.
For agencies
Set up the line on the stores you look after.
CustomerOS installs per Shopify store. The store number, the calls, and the notes stay on that store. There is no affiliate payout and no shared inbox across shops.
Set the store line
Customers of that store see that store’s number. A second brand gets its own install and its own number. Calls do not cross between shops.
Leave the note on their order
Whoever is on the desk that day writes the note in the admin. The merchant’s next shift can read it without asking you what was agreed.
Several stores
Each store has its own plan, its own minutes, and its own people limit. Starter is two people on that store. If one person supports several stores, they count against each store they are added to.
